Salomon Smith Barney - Coos Bay Branch

Major Renovation of Interior Spaces was the requirement at Salomon Smith Barney's Coos Bay Branch. Dated materials and dark interiors were replaced with a new finish Scheme, coordinated to comply with Salomon Smith Barney's Standards of Buidling Construction. The work included new HVAC systems, new power, data and lighting, and new ADA accessible restrooms.

The owner occupied the building during construction. Work was scheduled for "off-hours" to minimize interferance with owners operations.
