DB Western and International Contractors Incorporated (ICI) came to us for a fire and life saftey plan and foundation plan for buildings located on the North Spit in Coos Bay, Oregon.  We provided these services as well as cost estimating and material take-offs, allowing ICI to complete construction on its new 60,000+ square foot facility.
