Rush Surgery Center consists of a Type 1 Surgery Center with two Operating Rooms, Pre-Operative Exam Rooms, Post-Operative Recovery Rooms and associtated X-Ray, Medical Gas and "clean-air"purification for the surgical suite.  

Work included making all necessary applications to the Oregon State Health Division of Licensing, Building Codes Department and local planning departments.
